Notre Dame Catholic School welcomes students and families of any religion, race or nationality to receive a comprehensive learning experience combined with the Christian values of the Catholic faith.

Following is the Notre Dame admission policy for new families:

  • Submit a completed registration packet including application for admission, parent agreement, tuition payment preference form, fee payment form, extended day registration form (as needed) and parish subsidy form (as needed).
  • Payment is due upon registration. Notre Dame accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For information about tuition and our tuition assistance programs click here.
  • By Florida state law, early childhood children must be 3 or 4 years of age on or before September 1 of the school year.
  • By Florida state law, kindergarten children must be 5 years of age on or before September 1 of the school year.
  • First grade students must be 6 years of age on or before September 1 of the school year and have completed an approved kindergarten program.
  • Health records are required by Florida state law before a child can be admitted to class including current physical and complete immunization record. All pertinent health and medications information must be submitted.
  • A second MMR and the Varicella vaccine and the initial immunization in the HepB series are required for children entering kindergarten-completed blue immunization card.
  • The original birth certificate, baptismal certificate and social security number must be submitted with the registration packet. We will make a copy for our files.
  • Other records, as needed, including original custodial decree, divorce decree, ESE test Results, IEP, etc.
