Notre Dame Catholic School places a strong emphasis on the safety of all our students.
To make sure our children are protected, a security and camera system has been installed to monitor the entire Notre Dame campus. Teachers and volunteers are always on hand to monitor student activities.
In addition, all visitors and volunteers are required to sign in before being allowed to visit the campus and must sign out before leaving.
All volunteers are required to attend the Diocese of St. Petersburg Safe Environment Program Training. Before any volunteer is allowed to be with any students in a supervisory role, they must submit fingerprints and undergo a background screening.
And all students receive Safe Environment Education to ensure that they know how to protect themselves with confidence.
